Yin Yoga and somatic practices involve physical movement. Your safety comes first. Please share any past or current injuries, sensitivities, or medical conditions so we can support you appropriately.
This training is for educational purposes only. While trauma-informed, it is not psychotherapy and does not replace diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or professional care.
If you’re currently navigating active trauma or are in clinical treatment, please consult your therapist or healthcare provider to ensure this training is suitable for you.
A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. This deposit may be transferred once to another in-person training or any online teacher training within 12 months.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the start date. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in forfeiture of both your reserved spot and your deposit.
