Each day you’ll be guided through a 10–15 minute practice that blends:

  • Yin yoga postures
  • Somatic tools (breath, visualization, tapping, acupoints. & more)
  • Trauma-informed nervous system education

This challenge is designed to help you:

  • Build daily awareness of your nervous system
  • Learn how to pause, soften, and regulate when stress shows up
  • Create a realistic habit you can carry into everyday life

Hi, I’m Annie 👋 — a trauma-informed somatic yin yoga teacher, mama of two, living in Sri Lanka.

I found yoga during a period of deep burnout, injury, and panic—when traditional practices felt too rigid and disconnected.
Yin Yoga changed everything by helping me feel safe in my body again.

With 13+ years of teaching experience and 2,000+ students trained, I now blend yin yoga, somatics, and neuroscience to help people regulate their nervous systems and return to calm. My work is gentle, practical, and grounded in real life—so you can feel supported, not overwhelmed.
